Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, email, practice name, specialty, requested service, and any website address or message you provide. If you request a review after the checkup, your answers and action list are included. Please do not submit patient details or sensitive health information.
How it is used
Docvertise uses this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requested work, prepare a proposal, and manage related communication. Form consent is for responding to the enquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available to authorized site administrators. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the site. Submitted details are not displayed publicly.
Checkup and technical information
Checkup answers remain in the page’s temporary state until you choose to submit a review enquiry. The checkup does not scan your website. To limit form abuse, the site briefly stores a hash derived from a network address and hourly time period, with a submission counter. Expired rate-limit records are cleared when new forms are processed.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not add advertising pixels, newsletter tracking, or third-party analytics. The hosting platform may use essential security and access mechanisms. Additional analytics, if introduced, will be described here before use.
Privacy requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of enquiry information, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” Include your enquiry reference if you have it. Keep the message free of patient information.
